As a graduate hall director, my purpose is to ​foster the intellectual, social, and emotional well-being of students. My primary focus is  

encouraging and challenging students to become actively involved in the community of learners as responsible, contributing, and benefiting members, Increasing awareness and appreciation of human diversity, providing educational and practical leadership development opportunities, and facilitating the development of life skills and healthy life-style practices that contribute to the pursuit of academic, occupational and personal goals.

 

 

Public Relations Intern with Be Your Business

As a public relations intern you must ​have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen sense for what makes compelling news. As PR intern is responsible for juggling multiple projects simultaneously, such as planning marketing events, writing press releases, and creating media kits and digital campaigns.

 

 

Resource Education Intern at The Great Smoky Mountains National Park

​June 2016 - August 2016

 

As a resource education intern, I revised the outline for the National Park Services' children's  educational program, implemented "Creature Feature", a children's Ranger program that taught about the different animals in the park, and managed the National Park  Services' social media  accounts.
